This person will provide technical support for weekend worship services as their top priority. They will also be repsonsible for other ministry events in the auditorium at the Franklin Campus. They will contribute to building an environment that encourages worship culture at RHCC. They will work closely with the Worship Arts Team, Worship Planning Team, Production Team, and Creative Team, as well as the RHCC Staff. They will assist in the coordination of technical support and/or consultation for other ministries at RHCC.

Exempt position that is salaried and scheduled for 45 hours per week. Includes benefits package.

Extensive experience and gifting in coordinating technical needs. Degree or equivalent training and experience. High level technical and relational skills. Ability to oversee technical installations and troubleshoot technical issues. Possesses a team spirit and is an effective team builder.

Attend and participate in all staff, creative, and production meetings. Assist in spiritual growth and discipleship of technical volunteers. Be a person of high moral character and to model the core values of RHCC. Be an active partner at RHCC involved in the overall life of the church body by actively participating in a Community Group and other church-wide events and functions.

Team member for creative brainstorming, planning, and programming of worship services and events with the Worship Arts Team. Recruiting and Training A/V support for any technical needs at RHCC, including the Auditorium, Main Street, Back Stage, Backyard, and Gallery via the Fuel Program. Co-Lead Creative Team elements for service (multi-media/arts driven). Assist networking and discipleship effort among the worship community. Technical Director will provide oversight for all RHCC venues and future multi-site locations. Co-create worship environments. Assist the Communications Team with technical support as needed. Schedule technical volunteers for Sunday mornings and various ministry functions. Schedule and/or assist in scheduling volunteers and/or consultants for rentals and special events. Ongoing interaction with Nolensville and Nashville campus technicians for spiritual support, vision, training, and evaluation. Any other duties or tasks as directed by the Lead Pastor of Worship Arts. Performance review every six months with supervisor based on work as related to this job description as well as the effectiveness of reaching families for Christ and involving them in the life of RHCC, as well as an annual salary review.
