Roseau Evangelical Covenant Church Leadership Council Meeting May 31, 2016 In Attendance: Rob Stroot, Rachel Krahn, Nathan Acker, Pastor Steve Hoffer, Tony Fichter, Darrin Smedsmo, Todd Peterson, Jan Carr, Sheila Brinkman, Bryan Dickson Call to Order: Jan Carr, Chair A short meeting following the Congregational Meeting. It was proposed that we extend child care benefits to our Church employment contracts for positions of 20 hours or more. The child care would be under a Section 129 Dependent Care Flexible Spending Plan. Darrin Smedsmo made a motion to adopt a Dependent Care Flexible Spending Plan for all church employees working 20 hours or more per week. Tony Fichter seconded the motion. Motion carried.
