Responsibilities An RSC Area Director is responsible for: • PROGRAMMING elements of Student Gatherings with the Student Pastor. • DEVELOPS creative experiences for RSC. • OVERSEES leadership of student band.

Expectations A RSC Service Programmer must be COMPETENT, COACHABLE, A COMMUNICATOR, COMMITTED, HAVE GOOD CHARACTER, AND IS A CRITICAL THINKER. • A RSC Service Programmer must be baptized and tithing. • A RSC Service Programmer will meet 1:1 bi monthly with the student pastor. •
