Sales Analyst

The position will be responsible for developing business processes and systems usage to maximise student recruitment and reporting for the Australian College of Applied Psychology and Health Skills Australia. You will manage the implementation of sales systems to meet local requirements, train staff, implement best practice and support their usage. Working in conjunction with the marketing team, you will implement Marketo campaigns with integration to Salesforce and student management systems.
The person we seek will ideally have the following: Tertiary education in a related field Lengthy work experience in business analytics within a medium to large organisation with Salesforce Administration experience Strong ability to understand business processes, and how to utilise data effectively to enhance commercial outcomes In their previous role performed data analysis to produce interpretable key metric reporting Advanced MS Excel experience and/or reporting software Knowledge of Marketo desirable Worked in a project based environment with the ability to influence stakeholders and work collaboratively to deliver outcomes
