Each neighborhood has its own one-page snapshot with stats and trends for the local multifamily market.

Castle Hill Bronx, 4th Quarter 2016 Primarily a residential neighborhood, Castile Hill is on the south central area of the Bronx. Clason Point Bronx, 4th Quarter 2016 Clason Point has many housing options, including high-rise co-ops, prewar apartment buildings, multi-unit row-houses, and recently constructed two- and three- unit apartment buildings. Concourse Village Bronx, 4th Quarter 2016 Located in the South Bronx next to Concourse, Concourse Village used to be known as Fleetwood.
