Belmont Bronx, 2nd Quarter 2018 Widely referred to as the Little Italy of the Bronx, Belmont offers a small town feel with a rich cultural history and numerous locally owned businesses. Clason Point Bronx, 2nd Quarter 2018 Clason Point has many housing options, including high-rise co-ops, prewar apartment buildings, multi-unit row-houses, and recently constructed two- and three- unit apartment buildings. Residents do much of their shopping at Bruckner Plaza, which contains numerous big box stores, and nearby thoroughfares offer hair salons, bodegas, and other shops.

Concourse Village Bronx, 2nd Quarter 2018 Located in the South Bronx next to Concourse, Concourse Village used to be known as Fleetwood. Today it’s a residential neighborhood with a mix of house stock that includes low- and mid-rise apartment buildings and detached row houses. Manhattan is just a short twenty minute train ride away and service is available via the B and D trains.

Fairmont - Claremont Village Bronx, 2nd Quarter 2018 Depending on which map you look at, the neighborhood located between the Crotona Park East neighborhood and the Bronx River may be called Claremont Village or Fairmont. There are many housing styles in the area, including gated, single row houses from the ‘70s and pre-war six-story buildings. Subway access is only available on the outskirts.

Foxhurst Bronx, 2nd Quarter 2018 Foxhurst is located in the South Bronx region and is also referred to as East Morisania. The housing stock is made up of older row houses and brand new apartment buildings. Manhattan is just a short subway ride and residents can enjoy a 25 minute trip to Westchester for a rural getaway. Orchard Beach, the only free beach in the Bronx, is close by.

High Bridge Bronx, 2nd Quarter 2018 Dominated by townhouses and five- and six-story apartment buildings, High Bridge is just over one square mile. It’s an elevated, hilly area with stair streets connecting different elevations. There’s no subway or express bus service but there are three local buses. Since it is a predominately residential neighborhood, eateries are mostly take-out.

Mount Hope Bronx, 2nd Quarter 2018 The most common housing option in Mount Hope are six-story Depression era apartments but there also wood frame and Queen Anne homes. This neighborhood is one of three to make up Tremont and has recently seen an increase in new construction.
