Following a list of top 25 most expensive multifamily sales, Bronx neighborhoods are ranked by average price per square foot over the past quarter. Each neighborhood has its own one-page snapshot with stats and trends for the local multifamily market.

Clason Point Bronx, 3rd Quarter 2017 Clason Point has many housing options, including high-rise co-ops, prewar apartment buildings, multi-unit row-houses, and recently constructed two- and three- unit apartment buildings. Concourse Village Bronx, 3rd Quarter 2017 Located in the South Bronx next to Concourse, Concourse Village used to be known as Fleetwood. Today it’s a residential neighborhood with a mix of house stock that includes low- and mid-rise apartment buildings and detached row houses. Foxhurst Bronx, 3rd Quarter 2017 Foxhurst is located in the South Bronx region and is also referred to as East Morisania. High Bridge Bronx, 3rd Quarter 2017 Dominated by townhouses and five- and six-story apartment buildings, High Bridge is just over one square mile. It’s an elevated, hilly area with stair streets connecting different elevations. There’s no subway or express bus service but there are three local buses. Since it is a predominately residential neighborhood, eateries are mostly take-out.

Morris Park Bronx, 3rd Quarter 2017 The housing in Morris Park is single- and two-family homes in a variety of styles with a few large apartment buildings scattered in between. Morrisania Bronx, 3rd Quarter 2017 The Morrisania neighborhood is located in the Southern Bronx and has a growing population of just shy of 17,000 people. Mott Haven Bronx, 3rd Quarter 2017 There are three historical districts within Mott Haven, each including numerous brownstone-style row houses. Mount Eden Bronx, 3rd Quarter 2017 Mount Eden is one of three neighborhoods that make up the larger Tremont neighborhood in the West Bronx. Apartments in the area are generally five- and six-stories and brownstones are scattered around the neighborhood.
