SAMPLE WEDDING MENU LATE SUMMER/EARLY FALL 2014
Each course is served family style
Starters Grilled corn with pickled peppers, purslane and whipped ricotta Tomato and cucumbers with olives, feta and sesame Seared scallops with bibb lettuce, fennel and creamy fennel vinaigrette
Entrées Seared albacore tuna with whole grains, grilled okra and peppers Quail with polenta and burnt stonefruit Lamb three ways with harissa yogurt, marinated chickpeas, feta and flatbread
Wedding Cake Almond cake with vanilla custard filling, roasted peaches and covered in marzipan
All menus are based on seasonal and animal availability.
