The incredible machines of Leonardo Opening hours: Tuesday to Friday 9-19; Saturday and Sunday 10-19 Closed on Mondays In the museum and in the Church of St. Augustine, beautiful spaces , medieval re-opens - after the great success in the spring when it was open until June 30 - the exhibition dedicated to the universal genius of Leonardo Da Vinci and in particular the working machines taken from Da Vinci codes . Visitors can get up close to the fascinating and mysterious world of the human and professional one of the most emblematic of the history of mankind. The machines dedicated to the mechanics are interactive and can be used by the public to experience how Leonardo designed them. The exhibition is hands on: experiment touching , using , testing is the most direct and safe for the certainty of knowledge.

CINEMA ON THE SEA – SAN FRUTTUOSO ABBEY The floating cinema is an exclusive Event in cooperation with Genoa Film festival, where a floating platform will be put on the sea. The Project will give audiences the movie-going experience in a natural landscape. The primary purpose of Genova Film Festival is to promote young and independent movie makers and directors, national and international. Genova Film Festival is one of the most appreciated Film Festival in Italy. In its calendar it has several sections reserved to Italian and International Cinema.

Sleep right in front of their tank and then see the transformation Acquario di Genova undergoes at dawn. If you have children aged between 7 and 13, why not come and join our expert guides for the adventure of a lifetime and find out all about the nocturnal behaviour of these magnificent animals. This activity is scheduled once a month and for a maximum of 35 kids at a time only.

Guests of Belmond Hotel Splendido, will be invited to join the Exhibition. About Mart Engelen: Mart Engelen worked on his art photography while working for international editorials and commercial clients. The photographs of Mart Engelen can be found in a constantly growing number of private, public and corporate collections throughout the U.S. and Europe.

FRIDA KHALO From September 20, 2014 al February 8, 2015 Palazzo Ducale, Doge's Apartment Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera were seen for the first time in 1922 under the scaffolding of the National Preparatory School. He was the most famous painter of revolutionary Mexico, who was asked to paint a mural in the amphitheater of the institute, she a girl irreverent. Seven years later, Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera were husband and wife. It was the beginning of a long and tormented love, full of betrayals and twists, destined become a legend.

STELLA MARIS FESTIVAL The Stella Maris is celebrated on the first Sunday of August. This festival dates back to the XV century, and is dedicated to "Stella di Mare", the title under which the fishermen worship the Virgin Mary. During the celebration, a procession of decorated boats starts from the port of Camogli and reach Punta Chiappa where the altar of the Madonna "Stella di Mare" is located. All are invited to participate in the procession but only by boats, that for this celebration are free of cost. Once Punta Chiappa is reached, the Holy Mass is celebrated. On the closing evening, thousands of lit candles are left at sea by boat or by swimmers, providing a fascinating show. CAMOGLI
