SCOUT COLLEGE Saturday, November 1, 2014

Scout College is an annual Council wide training and enrichment event that’s not just for Cub Scout Leaders anymore! It is designed to help both new and experienced leaders from Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, and Venture Crews learn a variety of leadership skills, programing, activities, and provide access to a wide variety of training that will help you and your unit advance to the next level. This is for all Scout Leaders, Den Chiefs and even parents. Hundreds of adult leaders attend this event every year and come away with a better understanding of the Scouting program, completed training, renewed enthusiasm, friendship and fellowship, and new ideas to add to their program. Time:

Registration; camp sign up 6:30-8:15 a.m. Opening at 8:30 a.m. - Closing at 4:00 p.m. Walk-in registration closes at 8:15 a.m.

Cost:

$25 per person (if registered by October 16th) $20 additional if attending American Red Cross Adult CPR/AED and/or Standard First Aid Class (Two-Year Certification) $15 Den Chiefs (must attend classes with an adult Troop leader or Pack leader) $35 for late registrations (after October 17th)

Child Care: $10.00/child for day for children ages 4–12 years old, $20.00 maximum cost per family. Parents must provide bag lunch and beverage for their child/children. Pre-registration is required. No walk-in registrations for child care will be accepted. Breakfast is NOT served. Scout Shop: Variety of Scout resource books, guides, emblems, uniforms, accessories, etc. Walk-Ins : Cost for day of registration is $45. Walk-Ins are subject to class availability – NO EXCEPTIONS Camp Sign-Up: Opens promptly at 6:30 AM for Cub Scout World, Camp Rokilio and Twin Lakes Webelos summer resident camping sessions! This will be the first opportunity for Cub Scout Packs to make reservations for 2015. Reservations will be accommodated on a first come, first serve basis. Reservations must be accompanied by the number of youth and adults planning to attend and a $50 per person non-refundable deposit. Registration / Class sign-up: Will take place entirely online.
