The  majority  of  the  members  of  Igreja  Bíblica  do  Calavário  in  Patacas  are  single  adults.    All    have  chosen  to  kiss  dating  good-­‐ bye  and  wait  on  the  Lord.      We  are  teaching  them  what  God  says  about  marriage,  family,  finances  and  more.    In  this  small   congregation   there   is   a   nurse,   homemakers,   graduate   with   a   degree   in   chemical   engineering,   a   policeman,   three   English   teachers,  missionaries,  several  university  students,  factory  workers  and  a  “grandpa”.            

2014  WORLD  CUP  EVANGELISM       Here  in  Fortaleza  security  held  non-­‐ticket  holders  a  kilometer  away  from  the   stadium  on  game  days.  The  city  was  filled  with  tourists  which  could  be  reached  with  the   Gospel  most  any  day  at  the  beach,  or  beach  front.    The  City  of  Fortaleza  built  a  large  stage  for   bands  during  the  World  Cup  and  during  game  time  projected  live  the  games  on  several   digital  screens.    We  can  continue  to  pray  for  those  from  different  nations  who  received  the   Word  through  literature  or  communication.      We  know  that  the  Word  planted  in  a  fertile   heart  will  grow.      

A  really  neat  evangelism  tool  is  the  “In  Touch  Messenger”,  (www.intouch.org)  distributed   prudently  along  with  other  tec  evangelism  tools.    They  are  designed  for  use  in  the  Indian   tribes,  but  also  come  with  a  Spanish  and  Portuguese  N.T.  and  Bible  studies  by  Charles   Stanley.      We  thank  Larry  Buckman  for  providing  them.
