The Little Gym is not responsible for lost or stolen items. For security, please ensure girls with long hair keep them attached. Make-up Policy Classes cancelled may be made up during the same school year according to availability. Notification must be received at the latest the day before the class. Please leave a message on our answering machine or send an email. If you do not attend your make-up class, your makeup option will be lost. Refunds It is possible to stop your child's enrolment in our programme until May 27th 2018. Refunds will be calculated net of any discounts given. A €10 processing fee may also be charged. Membership fees are non-refundable and will not be prorated. Internal rules In the lobby, children remain under the responsibility of the adult accompanying them. Anyone making pictures or filming in The Little Gym will make sure not to take pictures or film the other children around theirs unless they have obtained prior authorization.

New members are welcome at any time during the semester subject to availability, fees are prorated. The place for your child in our programme will only be secured once we have received your payment. Your child progresses at an age-appropriate pace receivin class recommendations during the season. • Should you opt for the one-off payment, 1000€ is due by September 30th 2017. Installed payments are due by September 30th 2017 (510€) and February 28th 2018 (510€). • The Little Gym will be closed : Wednesday 1st of November (possible to make-up); from Monday 18th of December to Monday 1st of January (1st of January is possible to make up); from Friday 30th of March to Wednesday 4th of April; Tuesday 1st of May (possible to make-up); Thursday 10th of May; Monday 21st of May (possible to make-up); Saturday 23rd of June (possible to make-up). • If you pay by bank transfer, please write the full name of your child and the day and time of the class.
