Annual Family Membership Fee The annual membership fee is £40. As a member of The Little Gym, your family is entitled to discounts on Birthday Parties, Holiday Camps, and special events and you will have access to priority enrolment in our programmes. If you have opted-in to receive our promotional electronic communications, you will receive prior electronic notification of our events and priority enrolment periods. Fees must be paid prior to enrolment and are non-refundable.
Responsibilities We make every reasonable effort to ensure the safety of children in the gym and while they are in the lobby. Parents or guardians are ultimately responsible for seeing the safe entry and exit of their children from the premises. Behavioural Issues If a child is being disruptive, destructive, or dangerous to themselves, other children, or staff members during class or special events, we will make every effort to work with parents and the child in question to resolve this behaviour. If the behaviour persists or other undesired behaviours develop, the child in question will be asked to take a break from the class or event.
• Families opting to pay monthly make a first payment which includes remaining classes in the month we are in, plus £76.36 in hand which remains on the account. You then pay £76.36 a month from the following month. This is a continuous enrolment option. Your child/children is/are enrolled in the programme year to year until we receive one full calendar months notice to stop in writing. You last month's payment is covered by the amount already held on the account. Please note, no payments are taken in the month of August.

• On enrolling, families pay their annual membership fee plus their tuition fees. Families can opt to pay annual tuition in full up-front and will benefit from a 7.5% discount.

Class Observation Parents, siblings and guests are always welcome to observe classes from the lobby. Siblings are not permitted to participate in class activities unless they are enrolled in that class.

Withdrawing from the Progamme If you wish to withdraw from the programme at any point, we require one full calendar months notice in writing. Any refunds owing will be made at the end of the notice period.

Clothing Children should wear comfortable clothing and must be barefoot to maximise safety and freedom during class instruction. Jewellery, food and chewing gum are not permitted in the gym. Adults entering the gym are asked to remove their shoes (adults may wear socks). The Little Gym is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Cancellation and Make Up Service Classes cancelled due to illness or holidays may be made up during the term for which tuition has been paid according to availability. Notification must be received prior to the class you would like to cancel for you to be entitled to a make-up class. You can cancel classes in person, over the phone, via email or sending us a message via Facebook.
