Family Membership Fee In order to enrol in our courses, your annual family membership needs to be current throughout the duration of the course. The membership entitles you to benefit from our Make-up Policy, discount on Birthday Parties and Holiday Camps (Christmas, Easter & Summer). You also have a priority enrolment option for the following semester. Membership fees are non-refundable and will not be pro-rated. Membership renewals will be invoiced during the month in which it becomes due or added to a new term enrolment fee, whichever is sooner.

Responsibilities We make every reasonable effort to ensure the safety of children in the gym and while they are in the lobby. Parents or carers are responsible for the safe entry and exit of their children and for the behaviour of siblings in the lobby.

Refund Policy Refunds are only provided under exceptional circumstances such as change of location or in the case of injury or illness, which will prevent the child from further continuation of classes. Proof of change of location or a doctor certificate will be required in order to process the refund. Refunds are not given for classes that have already occurred. Refunds will be calculated net of any discount given and a £20 processing fee will be charged. Memberships are non refundable. In the case of a member requesting to stop attending the term's classes due to any other circumstances, The Little Gym Westfield reserves the right to offer a Credit Option where the remaining of the balance will be available to be used within one year for any of our classes.

Clothing Children should wear comfortable clothing and must be barefoot to maximise safety and freedom. Jewellery, food and chewing gum are not permitted in the gym. Adults entering the gym are asked to remove their shoes (adults may wear socks). The Little Gym is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Make-Up Policy Classes cancelled due to illness or holidays may be made up during the term for which tuition has been paid according to availability. Notification must be received no later than 9:00 am on the day of the class for you to be entitled to a make-up class. Please leave a message on our voicemail/send an email if no reply by phone.

Holiday Camps During the school holidays, rain or shine, The LittleGym® half-day camps provide children with a fabulous variety of fun, activity, learning and creativity. Themed sessions that change every week stimulate physical and motor-skill development with games and gymnastics, all in the care of our qualified and dedicated team of instructors.

The Little Gym® offers fully supervised gymnastic based, private parties for children of all ages. Parties, led by two of our fully qualified instructors, are filled with music, games, obstacle courses and lots of laughter and FUN.
