Freshmen (’20) students receive Service Learning information and packet during Class Meeting Freshmen parents receive Service Learning packet via USPS

January 2017

Freshmen (’20) receive reminder/update in Religion classes about Service Learning deadlines

March 16, 2017

Freshmen (’20) submit proposals for committee review by the end of Quarter 3*

September 5, 2017

Sophomores (’20) have completed at least 20 hours

November 2017

Parent Report Card Conferences: Sophomore parents and students receive an update/friendly reminder regarding the student’s Service Learning progress

September 4, 2018

Juniors (’20) have completed at least 40 hours In Religion class, students sign up indicating what they will be submitting for their Culminating Project

January 2019

Juniors (’20) have completed at least 50 hours Culminating Project, completed timesheet, and volunteer evaluation due

*Students must submit a proposal and receive clearance prior to beginning their service. Please note, the proposal should outline the student’s plans for direct service. A total of 50 hours must be completed by the end of the first semester of a student’s junior year.
