Bake & deliver (to VCC office) cookies for Sunday mornings  Congregational care ‐ Preparing meals for those who are ill, new mom’s, etc.  (as needed)  Deliver welcome bags to children who are first time visitors  Friday Friends Cooks (assigned to a group which cooks meals three times a year)  Friday Friends Setup (First & Third Friday of each month)  Hospital Bags ‐ assemble bags (distributed to those waiting for their loved ones to recover)  Visiting & Phone Calls‐Visit Shut‐in and make Hospital Visits (deliver hospital bags)

After Service Prayer Team‐ Be available for prayer after service  Children’s Ministry –Teachers, Nursery, Kiosk, Big Event Support  Greeters –Sanctuary Greeting, Gathering Place Greeting, New Family Greeting  Inversion Set‐Up‐ 2pm Set Up on Sunday Afternoons (1.5hrs)  Pick Up Donuts for Middle School & High School services  Sunday Receptionist (9am‐10:30am) or (10:30‐12pm)  Technical & Media‐ Working Sound, Visuals, & Video  Tidy up Restrooms  Ushers‐ Sunday mornings

Childcare (need high school & middle school boys & girls – paid position)  ComGroup‐ Be a Leader or open your home as a Host Home  Decorate Community Life Board  Decorate Restrooms  Kitchen Clean Up‐ Restock kitchen supplies; Clean Coffee Pots  Middle School / High School Leader‐Tuesday or Wednesday evenings 6:30pm‐9pm  Nursery Classroom Prep for Sunday‐Aprons and Toy cleaning  Office Help‐ Various Duties  Respite Care Events‐ Love on our Special Needs children during events (Saturdays)  Restocking Pews / Maintain Community Life Table  Serve Snacks to High School VISION, Wednesday 6:50pm‐7:35pm   Serve Snacks to Middle School TNT, Tuesday 7:45pm‐8:30pm  Women’s Ministries‐ Various Duties

Aftercare for widow/widowers (minor home repair, yard work, coffee/tea, etc.)  Memorial Service Help (ushers, table set‐up, provide cookies, on as needed basis)  Missions Weekend (cook from recipes, set‐up, take‐down, etc.)  Other congregation care (minor home repair, moving, yard work, etc.)  Thai Dinner (cook from recipes, set‐up, take‐down, etc.)  Women’s Ministry Events  Work Days / Church Clean Up  Vacation Bible School  Youth Ministry Events  Wherever Needed
