The registration fee helps with the purchase of books, classroom materials, art, music, athletic, and other items to help in the education of children at Reformation Lutheran School.

The registration fee secures your child’s place. Your timely registration also helps Reformation to plan for appropriate staffing of your child’s classroom.

The registration fee is non-refundable.
Kindergarten through Eighth Grade Tuition

Special Tuition Scholarships Annual Payment Scholarship (K– 8th) There is a 4% scholarship for student in K-8th grade if tuition is paid in full for entire 2019-2020 school year by the first day of school. This discount is reduced to 2% if payment is made with a credit card.
Multi-Student Family Scholarship There is a 20% scholarship for each additional student for families when enrolling multiple students in preschool through 8th grade. The scholarship is to apply to the lesser tuition in the event of different rates of tuition for each child.
Reformation Member Scholarship There is a 23% additional scholarship for members of Reformation Lutheran Church.
Family Registration Scholarship There is a $100 rebate for all registration fees for families that complete the 4 week course “Foundations 101” offered by Reformation Lutheran Church.
Shepherd’s Care Rates (6:00am - 8:15am and 3:15pm - 6:00pm) $5.50 per hour
$2.75 per 1/2 hour
Yearly Bundle

Bundle includes unlimited use from 6:00am to 6:00pm when it is a full day or half day of Grade School, from September 3, 2019 through June 5, 2020. Refer to School and Shepherd’s Care Calendars.
Vacation & Holiday Days
Regular Hourly Rate

Regular hourly rates apply for 6:00am to 6:00pm on days when there is no Grade School but Shepherd’s Care is open during the 2019-2020 school year. Refer to School and Shepherd’s Care Calendars.

There is a 20% scholarship for each additional child when enrolling multiple children in the Yearly Bundle and Vacation & Holiday package for Shepherd’s Care.

Tuition assistance, Member, and Family Tuition Scholarships do not apply to Shepherd’s Care.

Late Fees Tuition payments are due on the fifteenth day of each calendar month. Late fees of $30 will be charged if payment is not received by the twenty-sixth of the month.
Tuition Assistance Tuition Assistance is available by application to all students in grades K-8. It is the goal of Reformation to provide education to children independent of financial restrictions. Please contact the Financial Office for additional information. Tuition Assistance is available for Tuition only.
Before and After School Care Shepherd’s Care is the before and after school program for students enrolled in grades Kindergarten through 8th grade. It is open from 6:00am to 8:15am and 3:15pm to 6:00pm. The current Shepherd’s Care rate is $2.75 per 30 minutes. Please refer to the other side of this sheet for package options.
Methods of Payment: Payments may be made online at www.factsmgt.com. All families must set up an account with FACTS; all bills will be posted to this account and email notices will be sent. Credit cards are not accepted onsite. All credit card payments must be completed online.
