Who do you want to win the Super Bowl this year?

c. Consider verse 21. Why does character matter in leadership? (Also see 1 Timothy 3:1-7).
2. Read Acts 6:1-7. a. Why did the Apostles not want to serve tables? Was their ministry more important?

Read Exodus 18:13-23 a. Do you think it is unhealthy for leaders to work alone? Why or why not?
b. What was the result of the Apostles delegating leadership to others? (see verse 7). What can we learn from this today? (Also consider Ephesians 4:11-16).
3. If you aren’t leading in any capacity, do you feel like God is calling you to step up and lead? If you are leading, are there any others around you that you can delegate your leadership to?
