TITLE: Social Media Specialist EFFECTIVE DATE: TBD PURPOSE: The Social Media Specialist essential function is to handle content creation, develop brand awareness, monitor social channels and cultivate social engagements with our customers and Independent Distributers. The right candidate will be able to adapt quickly to changing deadlines, ensure consistency in voice and brand, and help implement content strategies to help expand our marketing efforts. STATUS: Full Time DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • • • • • • •

Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities Manage presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and other similar community sites Become the voice of Seacret in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate Assist with copywriting for other mediums as needed Help coordinate a blogger outreach program and build an active brand ambassador network to spread the word about Seacret products and opportunity Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyze, review and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications

QUALIFICATIONS: • Strong organizational skills • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, Flickr, Snapchat etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios • Have a good knowledge of blogging and SEO • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships • Creative thinker with good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly • Experience with Photoshop, Google analytics and Hootsuite a plus • Ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple projects with timeliness and accuracy REPORTS TO: Senior Director of Marketing
