OHA - Public Health Division 250 Winter St NE Salem, Oregon 97301 Opportunity Summary * * * * * THIS IS A PUBLIC NOTICE * * * * * * The State of Oregon, acting by and through the Oregon Health Authority, Public Health Division, intends to enter into a contract with Joshua Legler LLC. The purpose of the contracted services is to obtain a data dictionary for the State Emergency Medical Services (EMS) that conforms to the new National EMS standard version 3.x. The services will also require the contractor to produce a state specific schematron that can be used by other agencies to assist them with patient care data upload to the state EMS data system. This Notice is pursuant to the Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR) 943-060-0100, Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) 279B.075 and OAR 137-047-0275. Any affected person may protest the approval of this Sole Source determination. An affected person must deliver such written protest to OHA within seven (7) calendar days after the first date of this Public Notice. The written protest must include: 1. A detailed statement of the legal and factual grounds for the protest; 2. A description of the resulting harm to the affected person and; 3. The relief requested. EACH
