FELONY CONVICTION NOTIFICATION State of Texas Legislative Senate Bill No. 1, Section 44.034, Notification of Criminal History, Subsection (1), states “a person or business entity that enters into a contract with a school district must give advance notice to the district if the person or an owner or operator of the business entity has been convicted of a felony. PROPOSAL DELIVERY, TIME & DATE Notice is hereby given that the Wylie Independent School District, hereinafter referred to as “District”, will receive up to but not later than the date and time indicated in this solicitation. Proposals received after that date and time will not be accepted and shall be returned to the bidder unopened. Proposals will be publicly opened and results made available following the deadline for receiving proposals. Proposals shall be received in the District office located at: Wylie Independent School District Darci Hooten, CPPB, Purchasing Coordinator PO Box 490 or 951 S. Ballard Ave. Wylie, Texas 74098 OR Submitted electronically via www.rfpdepot.com If submitting your bid/proposal in manual, hard copy The enclosed form MUST be used in submitting your proposal. Please mark your sealed proposal envelope plainly in the lower left corner: Solication Number and Name. No bidder may withdraw his/her proposal for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the receipt of proposals. 1.2 Bidders are responsible for making certain bids items are delivered to the Purchasing Department.
