Description The California Lottery (Lottery) is releasing this Request for Proposal (RFP) #50026 to invite proposals from qualified firms to provide strategic and tactical consulting, web and mobile support and development, and cross-channel digital communication services in order to achieve the goals and objectives of the Lottery’s Digital Program. This solicitation is open to all Bidders who at the time of proposal submission: Are duly authorized to conduct business in California. Have a minimum of five years’ experience, performing digital cross-channel communication services similar to those specified in Exhibit A, Scope of Services. Have at least two years’ experience providing digital agency services for clients in lottery/gaming, entertainment, and/or low-cost consumer goods. Have annual revenues of at least $10 million. Have at least three years’ experience in website design and development including experience using Sitecore or similar enterpriseclass content management system. Meet the requirements specified in RFP #50026, section II.A, Mandatory Submittals and Evaluation Criteria. The RFP will be available to download exclusively on the Lottery website at www.calottery.com under “Vendor”, on or soon after March 2, 2015. The Lottery will not distribute paper copies of the RFP.
