Speaker Expenses | Registration | Session Cancellations or Substitutions The PARTNERS User Group provides one free, full-conference pass to the selected primary speaker of most selected sessions. Primary speakers are limited to one free, full-conference pass, regardless of the number of sessions they present. With the exception of the primary speaker, all speakers pay the conference registration fee in effect at the time they register. The speaker pass is non-transferable. Primary speakers are defined on the submitted application with the “speaker” role vs. co-presenter or panelist. They are the lead speaker and receive top billing on the schedule.
Speaker Registration Register for the conference and make your hotel reservation request at: www.teradatapartners.com. If you are entitled to the paid speaker pass, your conference registration fee will be $0.
Session Cancellations If you are unable to present, you are responsible for notifying the PARTNERS User Group so we can adjust the conference schedule. Email Emily Winchell at

Speaker Substitutions If you are unable to present your accepted session, you may substitute another speaker in your place, providing: ! The substitute speaker will present the exact session as accepted by the PARTNERS Steering Committee. ! The substitute speaker is with the same company and has a similar job function. !
