GolD Package
$40,000
Includes all benefits of the Silver and Bronze Sponsorship Packages plus the following exposure and recognition: Each Gold Sponsor will have the choice of one of the following promotional items (only one of each item is available for the event and will be awarded to Gold Sponsors on a first-come, first-served basis): • Program book back cover ad: Corporate branded advertisement on the back cover of the meeting program. • Lanyard: Corporate branded lanyard to hold name badge worn by all attendees. • Meeting bags: Corporate logo on meeting bags provided to all attendees. • Hotel keycards: Product or corporate branded keycards given to attendees as they check into their hotel room.
Silver Package

Includes all benefits of the Bronze Sponsorship Package plus the following exposure and recognition: •M eter sign billboard: Meter sign to be placed in a prominent location within the common area of the event. Sponsor will be responsible to supply ad materials which may reflect product or corporate branding. •E nhanced exhibit listing: Upgrade to “Premier Exhibitor” on the meeting app and printed program book includes highlighted listing, company logo, 100-word description and document upload.
Bronze Package
A-la-carte Sponsorships Meeting App: $25,000 (available to 2 sponsors) Attract more attention before, during and after the meeting as a joint sponsor of the official meeting app. The opening splash screen helps you to make a strong first impression; users will see this shared full-screen promotion every time they open the app. Banner ads help you attract more leads with each sponsor rotating up to 3 banner ads at the top of the screen that users will see the entire time they have the app open. Ad clicks will drive traffic to your exhibit booth or company website.
Column Wrap: $10,000 Display your company’s message prominently in the meeting area for everyone to see as they enter and exit the meeting rooms and exhibit hall throughout the 7-day meeting.
Meeting Area Wi-Fi (exclusive): $5,000 Sponsor Internet access in the meeting area for all attendees. Attendees will see your message each time they log on. Attendees can use the sponsored Wi-Fi to view the meeting app content and for personal use.
Customized Sponsorships Destination Guide – Corporate branded ads within a pocket-sized booklet containing all four educational program agendas, local restaurants, island tours and activities, and a resort map. Banner – Corporate or product branded hanging banner in the pre-function space. Charging Kiosk – Corporate or product branded sign within the charging kiosk in the meeting area. TV Remote Control Covers – Corporate or product branded covers to fit the TV remote controls in the attendee rooms at the two host hotels. Newspaper Delivery – Corporate or product branded bellyband over the newspaper delivered to each attendee hotel room.
