PROGRAM OVERVIEW A non-profit program that inspires girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident using an experience-based curriculum, which creatively integrates running A 24-lesson curriculum that combines training for a 5K with lessons that inspire girls to become independent thinkers, enhance their problem-solving skills, and make healthy decisions Heart & Sole is Girls on the Run’s new program for middle school girls (formerly known as Girls on Track) Teams of 8-20 girls meet twice weekly for 12 weeks

Please note: Participants must be students at the school for which they are registering, unless the participant is the daughter of a coach. Should spaces remain available, those from other schools may register. Refund policy: 50% of payment will be refunded if requested in writing by March 8, 2016. No refunds after this date unless an unforeseen health issue arises
Taught by trained, volunteer coaches who serve as positive role models Also includes healthy snacks, a program t-shirt, water bottle, 5K race entry (with race t-shirt and finishers medal) The first week of practices begins February 29, 2016
