ST. CROIX VALLEY 8 POOL LEAGUE Meeting held @ Shotgun Suzie’s 9/28/17

2017-18 Start Date: Oct. 12th Start Time: 8 pm Format:  4 player/16 games  Handicap o

no max per round or min average to use

use last years stats for first round of league and the current average therafter for handicap.

Subs will use prev average or an 8 if no average established

Length of season/days off  We will play 4 full rounds  Days off are as follows: November 23rd (Thanksgiving)

Envelope collection procedures  Visiting team is to drop them off the night of play at the following location: o

Shotgun Suzie’s

 Late fee of $10 will be assessed on late score sheets/monies  Cash Only

Player Fees:  Weekly player fees $3.00/person plus qtrs. for games  Sanctioning: Local only 3.00/person (to be taken out of player checks at the end of season)

Payouts: Will be paid %Top/Bottom (minus any fees, late, sanction etc) at the end of year party

End of Season Party:  Will be held tentatively the second Saturday after league: March 10th  Location: plan is Shotgun Suzie’s  This is a pot luck so bring a dish to pass  More info will be available when it gets closer

Other info:  Maximum of 10 people on your roster  All subs must be on your roster before the start of the third round (in the case of an emergency to add a sub after the start of the third round….please contact us for approval)
