Monitoring of student progress 1.1
At the end of the study period generate the At Risk Report.

Check the At Risk Report for completeness.
1.3
Send the At Risk Report to the Academic Directorate.

Review the At Risk Report, and identify student risk levels and associated actions.

Send the annotated At Risk Report to Student Services.

Enter the relevant criteria into the student management system.

Generate the Risk Letters and send them to the students prior to enrolment. Note: post enrolment for students who have e deferred assessment or an appeal in progress.

Read the Risk Letter and take any required actions detailed in the letter.
If you want to lodge an appeal refer to the Student Grievances and Appeals Policy and Procedure.
Re-admission 4.1
Refer to the Admissions Policy and Procedure if you have been precluded from a program and want to apply for re-admission.
