Albany Park Soup Kitchen volunteers are needed for Sunday, July 23. Help by purchasing food items, prepping the meal from 12:30-2PM at Wellspring (Wheaton) or bringing the food to Albany Park and serving! Sign up today or call Sharon Krohn at (630)747-7585. New Song Worship Nights this Wednesday, July 26 at 7pm. Join us for worship to “sing to the LORD a new song!” In place of our Wednesday prayer meeting on the 4th Wednesday of each month (June - August) we will meet for a time of worship.
Celebration Potluck next Sunday, July 30 at 5pm at the Wheaton campus as we close our We Are Wellspring series. Bring a main dish or hearty appetizer that represents you and will feed 10-12 to share. This could be from your family’s country of origin or your favorite dish. We will provide beverages, salad and dessert. Please RSVP on our website.

• Pray for God’s wisdom, creativity, and shepherding heart for Reggie Ramos to lead the worship teams and the congregation in corporate worship. Also, pray for God’s grace and peace for his children as they transition into the Wheaton area and enroll in new schools.

• Pray for our Youth Ministry and their leaders as they serve at Family Empowerment Center in Rogers Park this week. Ask God to use them to minister to all those they come in contact with.

• Please pray for teachers such as Meenjung Shin Hames as they prepare for the upcoming school year. Ask God to help them love and care for their students, be a light with their staff, and to balance work and home life. • Praise God for a successful week of Kid’s Camp and ask that God will use the seeds that were planted in the lives of the children that attended. • Continue to pray for Mary Hands and ask that she will be able to eat on her own and that her breathing will improve so that Steve & Jessica will be able to bring her home soon. • Pray for Christiane Van Schooten as she recovers from surgery on her Achilles that she had on Monday in Germany.
International Worker Focus • Ask God to give Samuel Naaman wisdom and strength as he is traveling in Pakistan, preaching, teaching and mentoring young people in different cities in Pakistan. Also pray for Debbie and the boys back in the US.
