Student Experience Officer (Customer Service) £22,000 (depending on qualification and experience) Full time, Permanent, 40 hours per week SAE Liverpool SAE is part of the Navitas Group, which is a diversified global education provider that offers an extensive range of educational services for students and professionals including university programs, language training, workforce education and student recruitment. Working as a key member of the SEO team, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive student experience and excellent customer service, with special attention to the creating a sense of community for our students. Responsible for our reception desk, you will be the outward face of SAE Liverpool and internal liaison between students, faculty and other services, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere through both physical presence and space management throughout the campus. You will also be responsible for providing pastoral and academic support, assisting students to engage with the demands of study, and administrating study plans. As Student Experience Officer, you will also be involved in managing accounts receivable and credit control for the campus, processing payments and maintaining accurate records. Essential Criteria • Qualifications - minimum English and Maths GCSE grade C; •

Experience of working in a student customer service environment with a professional appearance and outstanding customer service skills;



Strong administrative skills; organised, systems oriented with a meticulous attention to detail;



Previous experience in credit control;



Excellent verbal and written communication skills;



Proficient in use of technology and graphic software and layout e.g. Adobe CS (Photoshop & InDesign), word processing, databases and spreadsheets (MS Office and Google suite);



Experience of discreet handling and managing sensitive and confidential information, knowledge and data;



Must have right to live and work in the UK.

Desirable Criteria • An understanding of the education sector; •

Experience and knowledge of creative media industries and trends;



Contacts within creative companies and professionals;
