NEW RESIDENCE HALL The New Residence Hall has 111 rooms laid out in suites (two rooms share a bathroom), with a capacity of 243 students. The building is divided by wings – 1 for males and 1 for females. Each room includes the following for each student in the room: 1 bed (adjustable in height, bunkable and loftable), 1 dresser, 1 desk, 1 desk chair, a sink/ vanity area and closet space for each resident. The New Residence Hall offers a vast amount of common spaces including fitness space, laundry space, a large common lobby, gaming areas (pool, ping pong, etc), a theater room, multiple study lounges and outdoor fellowship areas.
