Take this form to the Authorized Ministry Leader for approval to serve in the desired Ministry Area Your application may not be eligible for certain positions. Your assignment will depend on when you are able to serve, how well you are able to follow instructions, your age, what you are good at (spiritual gifts), your maturity and the approval of ministry leaders.
