Competition Registration Guidelines and Policies Cancellation & Refund: A full refund will be granted if notice of cancellation is received in writing at least four weeks prior to the competition date. Respective Brand representative must confirm cancellations. Within four weeks of the competition date no refunds will be given. STUDIO LIVE! reserves the right to cancel any event that does not meet the minimal number of acceptable entries. In the event this should occur, all entries will be refunded. There will be no refunds on entries after the minimum number has been received and the competition has been confirmed. Registration Deadlines: The Registration Deadline for each competition is four weeks prior to the competition date. Registrations received after the deadline will be assessed a $100 late fee. Entry Fees: Entry fees are required to be paid in U.S. funds only. All checks returned are subject to a $35 NSF fee plus the incurred late fees. No more than 2 checks for each registration. Payments made within two weeks must be cash (please do not send cash in mail), cashier’s check or credit card. Inclement Weather Policy: In the event that a competition has to be re-scheduled or cancelled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, all registrations fees will be applied to future STUDIO LIVE! events.
