Studio Manager – Sales Manager The 12 is currently looking for fun, smart and passionate leaders to join our rapidly growing studio management team! You will manage the daily operations of a fast-paced fitness studio, hire, train and develop the staff in your studio and build relationships with The 12 members and address their concerns ensuring positive outcomes. and/or Experience Required: Bachelor's Degree in related field; and/or Minimum 2 years in managerial role 1-year fitness industry experience preferred equivalent combination of education and experience

Computer Skills: • Sales Manager must have proficient computer knowledge. • Numerous Technology platforms are utilized at The 12 and you must become extremely proficient with each of these systems. Other Skills, Abilities & Qualifications • Must understand The 12’s daily training focus, class description & psychology behind our group classes. • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Demonstrates knowledge of the product, market and competition Additional Requirements Include: • Ability to take 2-3 classes per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients.
