You can make your vision a reality by utilising our market leading Signature Tailoring Service. This tailoring service was developed and pioneered by QTH, and to our knowledge, is the only formalised tailoring service provision existing in the UK and Ireland. Each QTH Home can be fully tailored online through our Signature Tailoring Application or directly with one of our Tailoring Representatives. Notably, each method of tailoring takes you through a three-stage process, as outlined above, that enables you to make a house your home. Consequently the journey allows you to make a range of design and build decisions with the objective of making your vision a reality.

Booking & Normal Time Scales

We understand that buying your new home is a very important decision that requires careful thought and consideration of many factors. We believe however, that this process should not be a stressful or daunting one, but instead enjoyable and rewarding. Therefore, to assist you, we have a dedicated Sales and Service Team who will guide you through the entire process to ensure that the house you choose is the home you require.

To book your home an initial holding fee of £1,000 is required. Once booked, you will have a further four weeks before signing the contract for your chosen home. On signing this contract, you are required to submit an initial deposit. Following the signing of contracts, we will complete and handover your home in sixteen weeks.

Location Financing Your New Home Finding the best solution to meet your financial needs in not always a straightforward process and it is therefore usually necessary to enlist the services of a Financial Advisor.
