Terry Hastings Terry is a mortgage banker in Ridgefield, Connecticut. As the VP and manager of his office, Terry has closed more than $400 million in sales. Terry generates most of his new business through his network of real estate agents and personal referrals from previous clients.

The Challenge In 2016, Terry wanted to start using online marketing strategies to prospect more leads, so he set up a Facebook campaign to drive more traffic to his website. 3. Internet Marketing: Facebook Campaigns Traffic Campaign. Our efforts drove new visitors to Terry’s redesigned website using a Facebook traffic campaign. Lead Generation Campaign. Our lead-generation campaign collected 12 names and emails from our targeted audience over a 10-day campaign and Terry was able to convert one into a new client. Retargeting Campaign. We set up a retargeting campaign to recapture website visitors. Email Marketing Campaign. We designed an email marketing campaign targeted at all previous clients to mine for referrals and refinance opportunities.

Results Over the three week campaign period, Terry spent $150 on Facebook to achieve a 300% increase in website traffic and earned two new clients, which netted him a $6,359 return on his investment. Update: Terry has been an OnboardRE client for nearly two years and attributes more than 15 new clients to our marketing and engagement efforts, which equates to more than $40,000 in additional gross commission income.
