POLICIES AT THE LITTLE GYM® Family Membership Fee The annual membership fee is £40. As a member of The Little Gym, your family is entitled to discounts on Birthday Parties, half-term and Summer Camps, as well as special events. Fees must be paid prior to enrolment. If you have opted-in to receive our promotional electronic communications, you will receive prior electronic notification of our events and priority enrolment periods. Membership fees are non-refundable and will not be pro-rated. Membership fees will be taken directly from your account when up for renewal on each year anniversary. You will receive prior notification that your membership is due. Make-Up Policy Classes cancelled due to illness or holidays may be made up during the term for which tuition has been paid according to availability. Notification must be received no later than 9.30 am on the day of the class for you to be entitled to a make-up class. Please leave a message on our answering machine. Clothing Children should wear comfortable clothing and must be barefoot to maximise safety and freedom. Jewellery, food and chewing gum are not permitted in the gym. Adults entering the gym are asked to remove their shoes (adults may wear socks). The Little Gym is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Re-enrolment and Refunds Your child will be AUTOMATICALLY enrolled into the NEXT YEAR OF CLASSES unless the required two full calendar months written notice of cancellation is received. Refunds are only provided under exceptional circumstances such as change of location or in the case of injury or illness, which will prevent the child from the further continuation of classes. Refunds are not given for classes that have already occurred. Refunds will be calculated net of any discount given, at 40% of the remaining classes and a £10 processing fee will be charged. Class Observation Parents, siblings and guests are always welcome to observe classes from the lobby. Siblings are not permitted to participate in class activities unless they are enrolled in that class. Responsibilities gym and while they are in the lobby. Parents or guardians are ultimately responsible for seeing the safe entry and exit of their children. Behavioural Issues If a child is being disruptive, destructive, or dangerous to themselves, resolve this behaviour. If the behaviour persists or other undesired behaviours develop, the child in question will be asked to take a break from the class or event.
