"SUMMER FUN SWEEPSTAKES" TERMS AND CONDITIONS NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. The Pet Supplies 4 Less Summer Fun Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00 a.m. CT on Monday, July 31, 2017, and ends at 10:59 p.m. CT on Sunday, August 13, 2017. 1. Eligibility: You must be at least 21 years of age to enter and a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. Employees of Pet Supplies 4 Less (and the immediate families or members of the same household) are ineligible to win. 2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Pet Supplies 4 Less as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. 3. How to Enter: Entrants must register at: the Summer Fun Sweepstakes contest page between Monday, July 31, 2017, and 10:59 p.m CT Sunday, Aug. 13, 2017. The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Pet Supplies 4 Less. Individuals may enter the contest once each day. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Pet Supplies 4 Less. 4. Prizes: Meet and Greet Opportunity with Jungle Jack Hanna* Two (2) tickets to the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium Learn about the Columbus Zoo Travel, lodging, and expenses paid up to $2500** One (1) year supply of Cosamin ASU*** * Meet and Greet with Jungle Jack Hanna will last approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. Date and time will be arranged after the selected winner has successfully claimed the prize. Available dates are September 21-25, 2017. Subject to approval. ** Round-trip coach class air transportation and hotel accomodations for two (2) people (the winner and one (1) additional individual designated in writing by winner) to Columbus, Ohio, to be arranged through DiMauro Travel, Omaha, Nebraska, after the selected winner has successfully claimed the prize. Balance of the $2500 expense allowance after airfare and hotel are paid will be provided to the prize winner in the form of an approved payment method for use toward other travel expenses. Winner is responsible for ground transportation to/from the airport at point of origin. Airline and hotel accommodations selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sweepstakes winner and additional individual must provide all documents required for air travel. Stopovers, open jaws, circle trips or frequent traveler mileages are not permitted. Once passengers are ticketed, an airline change fee must be paid by the winner to change flights or dates of travel. Additional costs including, but not limited to, seat assignments, baggage fees, etc. are determined by selected airline and will be the responsibility of the prizewinner.

The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Pet Supplies 4 Less. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Pet Supplies 4 Less's discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Pet Supplies 4 Less to use winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. 5. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 6. Winner selection and notification: The prizewinner will be notified on Monday, Aug. 14, 2017, via phone, email, and text message. To claim the prize, Winner must must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (except where prohibited) by 11:59 p.m. CT on Wednesday, Aug. 16, 2017, or the prize will be forfeit and another winner will be chosen. Travel companion of winner may also be required to sign and return a Travel Liability Waiver. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. Limitation of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for and shall not be liable for any

losses or claims arising out of, or relating to the Sweepstakes, including without limitation: (1) acceptance, awarding, receipt, delivery, possession, use and/or misuse of the prizes or any portion thereof; (2) violation or claimed violation of publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy; (3) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants or by printing/processing errors of any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (4) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (5) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (6) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (7) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, mutilated or stolen entries; (8) late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify the person or persons selected as the winners or any alternate winner; or (9) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
