Waterstone Preschool's Storybook Summer Camps
Week One - June 18-22 Pete The Cat Series by James Dean
For kids 2-6 years old 9:30am - 1:30pm Cost: $165 per week-long camp Choose one week or choose them all! Your child will need to bring a lunch and snack each day Registration begins April 9th
Pete has a "self-esteem boosting" and "whimsical" persona, combining a laid-back attitude with positivity and acceptance. He likes to surf and skateboard, often calling something "groovy," and repeating his catchphrase, "It's all good." The books center on lessons of kindness, adaptability and individuality and feature Pete having adventures, meeting new friends and learning new things.
Each week-long camp is based on a fantastically fun Storybook Series. While at camp your child will participate in exciting summer curriculum including arts and crafts, physical fitness, games, water play, music and movement, stories and more. Each week campers will enjoy a special in-house field trip. A one-time registration fee of $25 must be paid online to secure your spot. Go to: www.waterstonechurch.org/ preschool/ to sign-up. Completed registration and payment is due by May 15th. **Pease Note: Summer camp classes are mixed age groups and do not follow the same class age requirements as the school year preschool program. There are no part week options for summer camp, all sessions are M-F.

Week Two - July 9-13 Curious George Discovers Series by H.A. Rey Who isn’t smitten with Curious George? No matter your age, the inquisitive little fellow who always seems to get into one scrape after another has, in all likelihood, captured your heart. Perhaps his popularity lies in the predictability of his unpredictability. You know that the second the man with the yellow hat leaves the house, warning George to be careful, George is going to get into trouble. Froggy is every kid. All the stories are based on true experiences Johnathan London has had with his sons Aaron and Sean, and on some memories of his own growing up. “I just exaggerate a little for humor”.
