CAMP PHILOSOPHY CUSC Soccer camps will focus on introducing young players to the individual FUNdamentals required to play the game of soccer. The camp allows players an opportunity to work on their skills in noncompetitive drills as well as game situations. Players will be shown a number of drills that they will be able to practice on their own. Our camp was formed with one goal in mind, to provide children with an opportunity to improve as soccer players in a fun and unique team environment and to grow the beautiful game even further. Our mission is to continue to provide children with a creative soccer camp program that we hope will be the highlight of their summer holidays!

WAIVER I agree to release and indemnify Collingwood United Soccer Club., its employees and volunteers from any claims or lawsuits arising from injuries or accidents incurred by the applicant while participating in the summer camp. I understand that Collingwood United Soccer Club is not responsible for any items that are lost or stolen while at the camp.. The information collected on this form is for the purpose of grouping campers, collecting/processing payments, and mailing information to participants ONLY and will not be sold or distributed to a third party. NSF cheques and stop payments are subject to $25 fee. Cancellations made seven (7) days or greater from the start of the registered camp session will be subject to 100% refund. Cancellations made seven (7) days or less from the start of the registered camp session will be subject to 50% refund. All refunds are subject to a $25 administration charge. There will be NO refunds once the camp session has started. I have read the above waiver and agree to the terms and conditions. I certify that I am authorized to sign this release without the consent of any other person.

Kicks for Kids This summer CUSC Premier Team head coach and camp director, Paul Casey, would like to welcome some of our friends from Big Brothers and Big Sisters who will be joining us at camp. Our Kicks for Kids program helps reduce the costs for our athletes that may not have the means to play otherwise. Everyone deserves to play. THIS SUMMER, CAMP WILL BE HOSTED AT

Our camp staff has a great mix of soccer and child care experience. They currently play for their respective provincial, university or club teams and aspire to further their career in a coaching or teaching related profession.
Full Day Camper $225 per player/week ( T-shirt, soccer ball & swimming)
Morning or Afternoon Camper $120 per player (AM -T-shirt, soccer ball) (PM – swimming)
