Worship Midweek Prayer Gathering – On Wednesday evenings from 5:45 to 8 we will have the sanctuary open for prayer. You are welcome to come and go as you wish. Growth Classes will meet at their respective times, but we welcome you to spend time in prayer as the Lord leads you.

Pentecost Sunday – Sunday, May 15th is Pentecost Sunday, the day we celebrate and remember the descent of the Holy Spirit upon the Apostles. Let us pray that we will also be filled with the Holy Spirit, seeking to build the Kingdom of God on earth!
Memorial Rolls – On Sunday, May 29th, Memorial Day Weekend, our church is going to honor the families of those who have lost loved ones during this church year (June 1st, 2015 – May 29th 2016). If you are a regular attendee or member of our church and have lost a spouse, parent, sibling, or child in that time period, please fill out a Connect Card or call the Church Office by today, May 1st! Please supply us with the following: 1. Name of Deceased 2. Picture of Deceased 3. Date of Birth 4. Date of Death Additionally, you may honor any loved one that is not a spouse, parent, sibling, or child by purchasing a certificate for $75. Money from all Memorial Rolls goes to Nazarene Missions International to help subsidize heath care for our missionaries around the world.
Grow Growth Class Faculty Meeting– We would like to meet with all past and present Growth Class Faculty on Monday, May 2nd at 6:00 p.m. in Smith Hall. We have some exciting new vision developments we would like to discuss with you as teachers and leaders. Please plan to attend this important meeting!

Serve Summer of Service – This summer we will be helping to serve our community in several different ways. We will meet on Wednesday evenings throughout the summer, beginning June 22nd. We encourage you to get involved in helping be the hands and feet of Christ in our community!
Work and Witness Trip to Guatemala – In July and August, we will have two work and witness teams helping out one of our churches in Antigua, Guatemala! Please be in prayer for our teams and for the church in Antigua, that we might help them reach the lost people in their community!
More Opportunities Church Elections – We will be having our church elections on Sunday, May 15th and Sunday, May 22nd. If you are an active official member (age 15 or older), please take time to vote in the Choir Room before or after both morning services on those dates.
Joy Group Luncheon – The Joy Group (ages 55+) will be meeting in Moss Hall on Thursday, May 12th at noon. We will have a potluck lunch followed by a Spring Gardening presentation by Kathy Runyan from the TomKat Daylily Farm. We hope you will join us!
Sycamore Tree Preschool Graduation – We would love for you to come out and support the children who are graduating from Sycamore Tree Preschool this year! The graduation ceremony is on Thursday, May 19th at 7:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary. Congratulations to all of our graduating students!

Worship Tree House Ministries – 10:45 a.m. in Room C-2 New Check-in System – For the next few weeks we will be enrolling all families with children into our new church attendance system. In each wing (Early Childhood and Tree House) we will have someone available to have you enroll. Since there is no way to transfer info from our old system and the old information is out of date, we need everyone who has children involved in our church to enroll as soon as possible! New Tree House Grand Opening This Fall – Thank you for continuing to pray for our new Tree House worship space. It will be completed by the design studio team this summer. Be on the lookout for days and times that we will be rearranging classrooms and getting the new Tree House set-up before our launch in the fall. We would appreciate your help when the time comes! Serve Each month we serve the people groups that are near to the heart of God according to Matthew 25:31-46 and James 1:27 (the hungry, thirsty, naked, prisoner, sick, widow, and orphan). In light of Memorial Day later this month, we will be looking after the widows and widowers of our congregation with various work projects!
