This year the adult speakers are Billy Huddleston and Susie Shellenberger! There are also services for teenagers and children. ministry earlier this year, volunteers notices that many of the homeless in our area are in need of backpacks to store their belongings in. You can help meet this need by donating the money for a backpack ($50). Check out the red posters in the foyer to pick up a prayer/giving reminder. Later this summer we will pack all of the backpacks with living essentials!
Work and Witness Trip to Guatemala – In July and August we will have two work and witness teams helping out one of our churches in Antigua, Guatemala! Please be in prayer for our teams and for the church in Antigua, that we might help them reach the lost people in their community!
More Opportunities Joy Group Luncheon – The annual June picnic for our Joy Group (ages 55+) will be held on Thursday, June 9th at the DeVries Nature Conservancy – 2635 N M-52. We will meet at DeVries at noon; please bring a passing dish and your own table service. We will be touring the carriage barn and the nature trails. Join us, rain or shine, in the allseason room! Serve IGNITE Chesaning – From June 15th – August 10th we will be going up to Chesaning on Wednesday nights to reach out to youth in the area. Our goal is to connect with teens all summer long in hopes to launch a teen program for the Chesaning church this fall. These nights will be full of fun activities and powerful devotionals that will invite students to enter in to a relationship with Christ. We will meet at OFCN on Wednesday nights at 6:30 and return at 9:00 all summer!

More Opportunities Rite of Passage Events – We will be welcoming the 5th grade students into our youth group on Sunday, June 12th! Our promotions will be held at 9:45 during our Growth Class hour. After the 2nd service, current members will the new 5th graders for lunch in the Teen Room. From there, the boys will go out for a baseball game, and the girls will stay in the Teen Room for canvas painting, and then head to Cone Zone. Everyone will finish back at the church for dinner and our regular Connecting Groups at 6:00! Summer Changes – Starting June 12th, our IGNITE Gathering (Worship) and Connecting Groups (Connect) will both be on Sunday nights from 6-8. IGNITE Chesaning (Serve) will be happening on Wednesday nights from 6:30-9. These changes will be made to the information seen above, and we will return to our normal weekly schedule in the fall.
