TECHNOLOGY COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES 11/12/14
Technology Committee Website – Reviewed the website and Facebook. Showed committee members how they can use both to communicate with each other and view upcoming technology related events.
Education and Training- Discussed what role the Technology Committee would like to play in the education and training of other business owners and Chamber members. Discussed the possibility of hosting training events in the future.
Upcoming Trainings/Events: o Business Development Week- Would like to put together a workshop for the event. Discussed a possible Microsoft Training or Social Media. Alex Melching can help provide trainings on various topics. (
[email protected]) ITProCamp.com is a non-profit organization that provides Windows/Microsoft trainings for free. o Technology Expo- Would like to put together an expo to take place during business development week. o Rocco to attend Training Committee meeting to discuss further. Next meeting December 9th @ 5:30 pm – Chamber of Commerce
