Technology March Newsletter

Dear Parents, February has come and gone but we still feel all the love here in Technology! The Lions and Tigers children had fun learning their body parts, shapes, and even patters! The Hummingbird, Dragonfly, Cardinal, and Zebra children loved getting to explore ABCMouse on both the iPads and the computers. The children had fun exploring the similarities and differences between using the same source for education but on different mediums. In March, our Lions and Tigers will start learning about the computer. They will begin with learning etiquette and build to mouse holding. They will be playing engaging activities on the computer to develop these new computer skills. The Zebras, Cardinals, Dragonflies and Hummingbirds will be using both the computers and iPads to encourage more comprehension and problem solving skills. The children will be doing a themed lesson on ABCMouse.com and will experience a read aloud story on StoryLineOnline.net.

Communication is key! I hope your children share with you all they learn at school. If not, ask them!

I am very proud of all the children and their developing skills in our Technology class. They are each a blessing and as we continue to learn more about technology and how to use them, I hope the children are sharing with you all they have learned. In His Name, Sarah Money
