Captain Moroni loved truth, liberty and faith. He devoted his life to helping others preserve their freedom. You can be like Captain Moroni by choosing to stand up for what is right. Look up Alma 48:11-13 and write down some of Moroni’s character traits and write them below:

Keep the Commandments 1. Keep the commandments; keep the commandments! In this there is safety; in this there is peace. He will send blessings; He will send blessings. Words of a prophet: Keep the commandments. In this there is safety and peace. 2. We are His children; we are His children, and we must be tested to show we are true. Hold to His promises; Hold to His promises, Heeding the prophets: Keep the commandments. In this there is safety and peace.

Color me

The Nephites built up fortifications to protect themselves from the attacks of the Lamanites. Through keeping the commandments you are also building up protective barriers and fortifying ourselves against the fiery darts of Satan’s attacks. Build a barrier wall by writing a commandment on each stone on the wall below.

Commandments help keep us safe and free from Satan’s destructive attacks and safe from his attempts to enslave us in sin.
