Welcome to Worship Welcome to God’s house on God’s day. May the God of heaven visit you this morning and speak to the deepest needs of your heart. Our desire is that our fellowship today may spark the kind of love toward one another which has been extended to each of us by our Father in the person of Jesus Christ. Upcoming Events PRAYER MINISTRY—come join us every Sabbath at 9:10 a.m. We will be meeting in the last room at the end of the hall, next to the women’s restroom, for a special time of prayer. SABBATH SUNDOWN SERENADE—you are invited to share in our Sabbath Sundown Serenade today at 7 p.m. Make it a point to attend this prominent Brazilian saxophonist’s program. Douglas Lira will be joined for a few special duets with our former Hagerstown member, Leander Tomazelli. PRAYER MEETING—we will continue our study of John this Wednesday at 7 p.m. Please come join us. Service Opportunities FOOD DRIVE—Please remember our food drive for ACTS 9. There is a food basket located in the foyer for nonperishable food donations to benefit the center, or you may give a monetary donation through the tithe envelope. RENT A PATHFINDER—if you have any jobs which the Pathfinders can help you with, please see ViAnn. They are trying to raise money for their trip to Osh Kosh. Prayer and Praise PRAYER REQUESTS—may be placed in the prayer box in the foyer. These requests will be prayed for on Wednesday by the Church staff.

Menu: general potluck MEMORIAL SERVICE—for Ruth Santos will be next Sabbath afternoon at 2:30 p.m. SABBATH SUNDOWN SERENADE—next week, July 8, Caleb Froelich, assisted by Jonathan Emerson will bring to our Sabbath Sundown Serenade series an exceptional array of youthful praise! This is Caleb’s first concert in our church. Help spread the word… and most of all, make sure YOU don’t miss out. ORIENTATION FOR NEW OFFICERS—there will be an orientation for our new officers on Sabbath afternoon, July 15. If you are wondering what your new job entails, you will want to come to this orientation. VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL—Willow Brook SDA Church will be hosting their VBS (Galatic Starveyors) on July 17-21 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. PARENTING WITH LOVE—Along with the Vacation Bible School, Willow Brook Church will also have a seminar for parents which will run at the same time as VBS. FAMILY BABY SHOWER—coming up on Sunday, July 16, at 11 a.m. for Ray and Alyssa. This will be a family potluck. They are registered at Baby-r-us and Target. RSVP by July 12 to ViAnn or the church office. STUDENT AID FORMS—are available in the church office. They must be turned in by July 31. HVA—Highland View Academy is looking for someone with Advanced Math and Technology skills who would be available to substitute when our Math and Technology teacher is away for maternity leave beginning in September.
