The arts speak a language

that transcends ordinary speech and culture. They can reveal truth, nourish the spirit, express the depth of faith and open a person to spiritual growth and well-being. They are truly a grace and a gift. Viewing the arts as an expression of faith, Pilgrim Lutheran Church offers the Pilgrim Fine Arts Series as a ministry to the broader community. These programs of music, drama, dance and the visual arts are offered to enrich lives, build bridges between people in the community and foster ecumenical conversation. May this series create a forum for the appreciation of beauty, for an understanding of the challenges inherent in the arts and for the building of community.
