VisitDallas Updates OVG Research Daniel Horsch and Michael Rudowski of VisitDallas partnered to conduct research of previous visitor guide sources, starting with the 2016 Lonely Planet Guide. Second source and most recent was the rack card (VisitDallas brochure) VisitDallas has used for the last two years. Looking at target markets, of 100% surveyed, all had some sort of digital component, over 60% had extra features. Recommendation currently, continue to provide the brochure with updated content, approve on website attributes.
