The first Nobu Pop-up restaurant opens its doors in Vienna on 9th of March Vienna, 16 February 2017 – Nobu Budapest and Hotel Bristol Vienna announced today that the world renowned restaurant chain is bringing its award- winning innovative "New Style" Japanese cuisine to Vienna for the first time. Nobu Pop-up restaurant will be awaiting guests from 9th to 18th of March in Hotel Bristol, in the heart of the Austrian capital. Nobuyuki Matsuhisa – known to the world simply as “Nobu” – is a world-famous chef and co-founder of Nobu restaurants. His new-style Japanese cuisine, where traditional techniques are redefined through South American flavours, makes the world of Nobu unique and so popular all over the world. Opened in 2010, Nobu Budapest was the first Central-European member of Chef Nobu Matsuhisa's dining empire, and now the restaurant is bringing the very best of Nobu’s legendary culinary world to Vienna. “This is a very special project for us, and we are really looking forward to opening our first pop-up restaurant in Vienna on 9th of March. The pop up restaurant will be offering a lunch menu and two different selections for dinner, as well as a special “Before Opera” menu. Guests will be able to taste some of Nobu’s signature dishes too during the pop-up week, such as the iconic Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeno, Black Cod with Yuzu Miso or Wagyu Steak with Peruvian Anticucho Sauce.
