Burial in Forest Mill Cemetery in Manchester. Mr. Alley passed away November 7, 2015. A native of Baltimore, MD, he was the son of Richard and Eileen Alley of Manchester. He enjoyed helping others, especially those in need. He loved to sing and listen to music and enjoyed being outdoors. He also enjoyed skateboarding. He was preceded in death by grandfather, Richard Merryman; grandparents, Edward C. and Ruth Alley, Sr.; and sister, Bonnie Tilley.
