The Laboratory Mill Bar and Beverage Options The Laboratory Mill provides a variety of ways to offer beverages to your guests while staying within your budget. Hourly Hosted Bar Tier 1 Bar Basic domestic beers and your choice of wines from our Tier 1 wine list. Non-alcoholic beverages for guests at no cost. Two Hours: $12 per guest Three Hours: $14 per guest Four Hours: $16 per guest Tier 2 Bar In addition to the Tier 1 selections, this service includes some premium domestic beers and your choice of wines from our Tier 2 wine list. Non-alcoholic beverages for guests at no cost. Two Hours: $16 per guest Three Hours: $18 per guest Four Hours: $20 per guest Tier 3 Bar Prices will vary depending on wine selections. Full Host Bar The host pays for all beverages (no charge to guests) based on actual number of beverages served. Non-alcoholic beverages for guests at no cost. Hosted Beer/Wine ~ Cash Cocktails The host pays for beer and wine. If your guests prefer to have a cocktail, they would pay for their own. Non-alcoholic beverages for guests at no cost. Hosted Bar to Set Time Limit Then Cash Bar This option has the bar hosted until a predetermined hour is reached. This may be an option if you are planning to have a cocktail prior to dinner service or if you are stopping hosted drink service at the bar during dinner. Non-alcoholic beverages for guests at no cost. Full Cash Bar Guests pay for their own beverages. It is recommended that you host sodas ($1 per guest) in order to provide a beverage which they do not have to purchase.
The Laboratory Mill reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol to anyone who has gone beyond his or her legal limits and will not serve to anyone under the legal age limit. One Bartender is required for every 75 guests. Bartender fee is $35 per hour. 6.75% NC sales tax to Private Bar packages. Cash Bar prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
